Hello, friends! I just love the cute animals from Whimsy Stamps Baby Animals set, and I thought this little bunny was perfect for a Valentine’s Day card. I stamped him with Versafine Onyx Black ink and colored him with my Zigs. After cutting him out, I added some highlights with a white gel pen.
Onto Bristol Smooth paper, I ink-blended Mustard Seed and Fossilized Amber distress inks. I flicked on some water and heat-set the panel before die-cutting it with the Stitched Heart Dies (currently on sale!). Using a stencil from MFT, I inked up another piece of Bristol paper with Worn Lipstick and die-cut it with Waffle Flower’s Lacey Layers dies.
I created an A2-sized card from kraft cardstock and adhered some pink cardstock and my ink-blended die-cuts on top. I white heat-embossed a sentiment from Cute Cupid onto a strip of black cardstock and added that under my heart. After popping up my bunny with foam tape, I brushed some clear Wink of Stella onto the heart he’s holding.
