Hello, there! I hope you’re having a fabulous day. It’s cold here today, so this card is quite fitting, although there is no Christmas decorating going on here yet!
Aren’t those critters the cutest?! They’re from Craftin Desert Divas’s latest release; the set is called Santa’s Helpers. I stamped them with Versafine onto watercolor paper. I started with the adorable reindeer and then masked her before stamping the tree. I wanted to create a scene that had the animals decorating their tree for Christmas. I colored the panel with Zig Clean Color markers and distress inks. I added texture paste and distress glitter to create the snow and Zig Wink of Stella to the star and lights.
The frame was created by layering two dies from Waffle Flower’s Lacey Layers. I adhered my watercolored panel to my card and popped up the frame with foam tape. The sentiment is from the same set. Using my MISTI, I stamped it directly onto my card with Versafine.
Craftin Desert Divas is having an awesome sale beginning this Friday. You should definitely check them out!
