Inky Paws Challenge 68 with Newton’s Nook Designs’ Sending Hugs

Hello, again, friends!  I’m back with some inspiration for Inky Paws Challenge 68.  For today’s card I used the adorable dog and bouquet from Newton’s Nook Designs’ Sending Hugs stamp set.  After coloring the images with Copics, I cut them out with the coordinating dies, which allow the cute critters from the set to hold things in their hands – so cool!

The plaid paper is from MFT’s Plaid Patterns paper pad and was die-cut with Simon Says Stamp’s Stitched Rectangles dies.  The polka dot paper is from Snap! Color Vibe II paper line.  I used Newton’s Nook’s Fancy Edges Tag Die Set to cut out the tag – aren’t those scallops so pretty?

I adhered the tag with foam tape and added some ribbon and twine from my stash.  I die-cut a white banner with MFT’s Stitched Sentiment Strips and stamped a sentiment from Sending Hugs.  After popping up that adorable pup with dimensional adhesive, I tucked in the bouquet and added a few yellow enamel dots.

Would you like a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to Newton’s Nook Designs?  Then be sure to link up a project by Friday, March 30th, at midnight CST!

Thanks for stopping by!
