Hello and Happy Monday! What could possibly be happy about a Monday? Why, the start of a new Inky Paws Challenge, of course!
We had snow all last week, which inspired the theme of my card.
I played with the adorable Winter Woofs set that Newton’s Nook Designs released a couple of months ago. After stamping that cute Corgi with Versafine Onyx Black ink, I colored him with my Zigs and a waterbrush. I cut him out and added some details with a white gel pen.
The patterned papers are from Crate Paper’s Snow and Cocoa paper pad. I exchanged the heart in the sketch for a circle and added a die-cut hill to it. I popped up the circle with foam tape and adhered the Corgi with more dimensional adhesive. A scattering of pink sequins finishes my card.
Thanks for stopping by! I look forward to seeing how the sketch inspires you. For a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to Newton’s Nook Designs, be sure to link up a project by Friday, February 2nd, at midnight CST.
