My first cards uses Fill My Heart. I stamped that adorable dog image with Memento Rich Cocoa ink and colored him with Prismacolor pencils, blending with Gamsol. The set has two sizes of paw prints, and I used the smaller one to add the tracks on my card.
I trimmed the panel to slightly smaller than A2 size, wrapped some gold string around the top, and adhered it to a white card. I stamped a sentiment from Fill My Heart onto a strip of brown cardstock with Versamark ink and gold heat-embossed it (Originally, I had stamped the image directly under the dog with brown ink, but it didn’t show up very well). I popped up my sentiment with foam tape and added white highlights and Glossy Accents to the dog’s eyes and nose.
My second card showcases the adorable Mouse with Heart rubber stamp. Because I had them out and because I need more practice with them, I colored this cutie with my Prismacolor pencils and blended with Gamsol and paper stumps. I die-cut the image into a circle and adhered it to die-cut scalloped circle.
I adhered some heart patterned paper from my stash to a 6″ white card. I added a matted strip of patterned paper before popping up my die-cut with foam tape. Onto a die-cut sentiment strip, I stamped a sentiment from Fill My Heart with Versafine Onyx Black ink and clear heat-embossed it. I added a pink heart behind the strip and popped up both with foam tape.
