Hello, friends!  Today I’m taking another break from holiday cards and sharing the card I made for my recently-married cousin.  I remember when I babysat him, and now he’s married!  Boy, does that make me feel OLD!

The bride and groom are big into physical fitness and nature, so I knew Lawn Fawn’s Bicycle Built for Two stamp set would be perfect for them (My cousin also has a black dog – too big to fit inside a bicycle basket – but I had to include him).  I stamped all of the images with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copics.  After I cut them out, I added some details with a white gel pen and some sparkle with clear Wink of Stella.

To create the background, I used MFT Stamps’ Cloud Stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink for the sky and Mowed Lawn for the grass.  The road was created with Lawn Fawn’s Simple Road Border die.  I adhered my background to a white card, added the road on top, and popped up my colored images with foam tape.  Using my MISTI, I stamped a sentiment from Your Next Stamps’ Whatnot Sentiments Set Four.

Thank you for stopping by!  Have a great weekend!

I’m submitting this card to the following challenges:  Lawn Fawnatics’ Challenge 17, Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge:  Anything Goes, and Word Art Wednesday:  Anything Goes – Challenge #310-311
