Hi there! I’m back with some inspiration for Inky Paws Challenge 60: Add Some Sparkle, and I know this is a challenge every cardmaker and papercrafter can get into! After all, who doesn’t like a little bling, right?!
My focal image is from Sweather Weather. I stamped that fabulous fox with Versafine Onyx Black Ink and colored it with my Zigs. Once it was dry, I added some highlights with a white gel pen and some sparkle with a glitter pen.
For my background, I laid down some texture paste over the Starfield Stencil and added distress glitter after removing the stencil. This is such a simple technique, but makes quite a statement, don’t you think? Once the paste was dry, I trimmed down the left edge and adhered it over some green glitter tape that I had added to a white card.
I thought this sentiment from Santa Paws Newton was purr-fect for this smug-looking fox. I white heat-embossed it onto black cardstock, bannered both ends, and adhered it to my card. I popped up the fox with foam tape and added some clear gems for extra sparkle.
Thanks for stopping by! You have until Friday, December 1st, at midnight CST to link up a project for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to Newton’s Nook Designs.
