Hello, again. I’m back with my second post for the day with a card inspired by Craftin Desert Divas’ June Mood Board (picture at the end of this post). I love the yummy colors and used them to guide my design.
I stamped the sweet princess from Fairytale Dreams, colored her with Copics, and cut her out. The princess is patterned off Tiana, I think, but I’m more of a Cinderella fan and colored her based on that character (I’ve listed the colors below). I added some Zig Wink of Stella to the dress’s overlay and some glitter pen to the crown and necklace.
I found some lovely embossed paper in my stash; it may be from DCWV, but I can’t remember. I die-cut the paper with the largest Fancy Frames die and adhered it to a white card. The sentiment was heat-embossed onto a banner die-cut with the Flag Banner Dies and adhered to the card. I die-cut a circle with the Stitched in Circle Dies and popped up with foam tape. The princess was also popped up with foam tape, and I added some flowers and greenery die-cut with the Garden Border Dies, finishing them with some Nuvo drops in the centers.
I hope you’ll play along with the challenge in the CDD’s Facebook gallery. There are some wonderful prizes up for grabs!
Have a lovely day, and thanks for stopping by!
