Happy Friday! Have you picked out a favorite new product from Craftin Desert Divas’ May Release? There’s so much cuteness that I had to have it all!
My card today features another adorable bee from the Sweet As Honey set. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored it with Copics, and cut it out with my ScanNCut2. For the background, I ink-blended Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed Distress Inks onto Bristol Smooth paper, flicked it with water, and blotted it. After the ink was dry, I die-cut the paper with the largest Fancy Frames Die.
The patterned paper is from Doodlebug Designs’ Spring Things paper pad. I trimmed it to A2-size and adhered it to a white card before adding the die-cut panel on top. I die-cut a gray banner with the Flag Banner and Fancy Frames Dies and heat-embossed a sentiment from Sweet As Honey. After popping up the bee with foam tape, I added some Zig Wink of Stella to the image and some Shimmer Sequins to the card.
Thanks for stopping by my corner of the ‘net. I hope you have a wonderful day!
