Hello, friends! Valentine’s Day is just next week. (I have no idea where January went!) Many of us send Valentines to our significant others and kids, but why not to some of those special friends? My card today is just such a one. Check it out.
The stamps and patterned papers are from Simon Says Stamp February kit. I just love those papers from Doodlebug Designs, and I can never have too many coffee-themed stamps! 🙂 I stamped the coffee cup onto Bristol smooth paper, added a heart stamp from the set, and colored the image with distress markers and a Zig marker (the heart). After my image was dry, I fussy-cut it and added some Zig Wink of Stella to the heart.
I trimmed my papers and adhered them to my card. Onto a die-cut, pink circle, I stamped the sentiment with Versafine and heat-embossed it in clear. I popped my coffee cup with foam tape on it and popped up the circle onto my card. I stamped a few pink hearts (another stamp from the set) and covered them with Nuvo clear drops.
This card came together so quickly and was so fun to make! Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a terrific day!
I’m entering this card into the following challenges: Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Young at Heart, Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: The Color of Love, Time Out Challenge 76: Inspired by Words, Coffee Loving Cardmakers CASEing DT #10, The Heart Desires Challenge 9, and Word Art Wednesday Anything Goes Challenge Weeks 268-269.
